I had mixed feelings about my stay at Secrets Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa. The hotel itself was stunning with modern decor and beautiful views, but I experienced issues at check-in which took longer than expected. While some aspects of the food were disappointing, the service from the staff was really good and made my experience better overall.

I had an amazing week at Secrets Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa! The staff were wonderful, and the food was delicious, especially the dishes at Tamarindo and Capers. While the amenities and activities provided plenty of fun, there were a few noise issues, particularly at night, which detracted from my overall experience. Additionally, I encountered some maintenance issues with my room, but the beautiful location and excellent service made up for it. 🌴🍹

I recently spent an enjoyable week at Secrets Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa. The ocean view from my room was stunning, although I did notice some wear and tear. The food offerings were mostly satisfying, with plenty of options at the buffet, but my experience with the Mexican restaurant was disappointing. The entertainment was a mixed bag, but I appreciated the friendly staff and the variety of activities available. Overall, it was a great vacation getaway with some room for improvement. 🌊🍹
